The story is spun from the “Objective” point of view due to the fact that firstly it is mostly written in dialogue and secondly there is no definite revelation of characters’ ier thoughts. It is written in a sense that we reader could only make interpretations of their actions meaning that there are no Idea of the writer in the form of words.

Interpretation: Her sense of self-value is lost and she gives in due to the man’s consideration of the process as “a simple surgery”.
Line 78-81: it is not ours anymore. Once the they take it away, you never get it back.
Interpretation: once the child (her world) is taken away, there would be no bringing back
Line 55-57: wouldn’t do if you don’t want. But it’s perfectly simple.
Interpretation: saying sth and concluding sth else.
Line 96: would you do sth for me? I would do anything for you.
Interpretation: he doesn’t really do what she wants.
